The Scandinavian cuisine offers relaxed comfort food made with seasonal farm produce. Copen serves starters and snacks, homemade pelmeni and gnocchi, pasta and risotto. Sea trout comes with tomato confit and ricotta cream. Starters include burrata with broccolini and Camembert with fried peach. A separate breakfast menu features fried eggs with anchovy sauce.
