Folk restaurant menu and prices

Signature interpretations of Caucasian and Central Asian cuisine. Folk's main tool is a wood-fired oven, used to bake matsoni flatbreads and lahmajun. Meat is prepared in a Josper and on a robata grill. The menu includes soups such as chakapuli, starters with Chechen bryndza, shashlik and lamb kufta. Breakfast features matsoni pancakes.
