White Rabbit restaurant menu and prices

The kitchen builds on Russian ingredients read in a modern, non-folkloric way. Brand chef Vladimir Mukhin works with rare regional ingredients and world gastronomy techniques to compose every plate at White Rabbit. The menu includes an oyster festival. Sturgeon, salmon and pike caviar are served separately. Large seafood such as Kamchatka crab and langoustines is cooked whole. Hot dishes are for the table, over open fire. Our restaurant guide recommends trying the Kamchatka crab, whole and the "Chateaubriand" steak with baked onion and carrot.
