Bloom-n-brew Baum

The BLOOM-N-BREW coffee shop has grown into a small chain, and one of its locations, BLOOM-N-BREW Baum, is in the Baumanskaya area.

A common thread across all three spots is a simple interior, a dominance of white, and original coffee.

Brand manager Evgeny Borisov often highlights the finer points of working with coffee beans on social media and explains how they shape the drink's flavor. But BLOOM-N-BREW is loved for more than just coffee — its craft baking is a draw too: doughnuts in various flavors, poppy-seed babkas with lemon syrup and cinnamon. This side of things is developed by chef Gulshat Garaeva, who comes up with new items and introduces a seasonal menu. On top of that, breakfast is served all day, which makes getting up a lot easier. The most popular order is a combo — two eggs (poached, omelet, scramble or sunny-side up) on toast with butter, plus a choice of avocado, salmon, guacamole or bacon.
