Lakhta Towers is a hotel on Primorsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg with 301 rooms, panoramic views of the Gulf of Finland, the restaurant "Sky," and infrastructure for business travel.

"Lakhta Towers" is located next to the Lakhta Center and connected to the embankment by the pedestrian "Transparent Bridge," making it convenient for anyone visiting the business cluster of the Primorsky district. The building, designed by bureau INTERCOLUMNIUM, is shaped like a trefoil: terracotta façades and panoramic glazing make it a notable part of this stretch of the embankment.

The room stock includes 301 rooms across five categories, ranging from 27 to 116 square meters. The windows offer views of the Gulf of Finland and the city, and the hotel is built for both short business trips and longer stays.

For work trips, all the basic functions are gathered in one place: four conference rooms, from 75 to 260 square meters, seat up to 500 people, plus meeting rooms, the restaurant "Sky" with panoramic windows, a gym, a sauna and a hammam. The project is managed by ZONT Hotel Group, with investment from Vadim Finkelstein's company "M1 Industriya Otdykha."

The hotel is part of the ZONT Hotel Club loyalty program. The press release describes it as a space for business travelers, equally suited to working, recovering after meetings, and spending time in the Gulf of Finland area.
