The restaurant's symbol is a blossoming apple orchard, grown by founders Natalia Tsyplenko, Anna Ovchinnikova and Sergey Simak. It also doubles as the summer terrace.

Chef Anna Ryaznanskaya built the menu around ingredients she's loved since childhood and interesting combinations, while keeping the focus on clean flavor.

For the wine list, head sommelier Adelaida Iskhakova gathered unmatched classics from the world's most prestigious wine regions.

The interior is full of natural tones, porcelain tableware with botanical patterns, white tablecloths, and a working fireplace. That "country house" coziness is the work of designer Anna Druzhinina.
