Dark wood, lavish chandeliers, contrasting floor mosaics, live plants — the interior blends the feel of a beer hall with vintage New England aesthetics.
That's no accident — the place was inspired by the East Coast of the US, where the founder spent his summers, and the restaurant's name nods to the state of Maine itself. The menu offers a wide selection, from steaks and chops to fresh fish, lobster and oysters.
A wine and cocktail list rounds things out. Since opening, The Maine has become one of Dubai's more popular dining spots and has earned a long list of awards, from "Best Newcomer" by What's On Magazine in 2016 to "Best Restaurant Bar" by TimeOut.
