Kinoya

Kinoya is a corner of Japan in the heart of Dubai, where every detail is steeped in the spirit of traditional Japanese culture and hospitality.

The restaurant is inspired by the izakaya concept — cozy Japanese pubs.

The restaurant's interior is minimalist Japanese, blending tradition with a contemporary approach to design. The space is done in natural materials, creating a warm, cozy atmosphere. Inside are spacious rooms with low tables, surrounded by soft cushions with backrests in place of ordinary chairs, a low bar counter and an open kitchen.

The menu is a collection of classic Japanese dishes. The signature dish is ramen, hand-made to traditional recipes. There are several varieties to choose from, including Shoyu ramen with soy sauce and Miso ramen with a rich, spicy broth. Beyond ramen, the restaurant offers a range of Japanese delicacies: thin-skinned gyoza, crispy tempura shrimp, sushi and sashimi, and dishes made with marbled Wagyu beef.
