DUO

The concept is approachable yet bold and unconventional cooking. The menu features European dishes with a light Asian touch: octopus with romesco, a tomato salad, spaghetti with Kamchatka crab, beef tartare with parmesan, chicken with chanterelles and black truffle.

The Duo gastrobar in Dubai was opened by the Russian restaurant group Duo Band, led by Dmitry Blinov and Renat Malikov.

The wine list gathers striking labels inspired by memories of travels through wine-country Europe. The interior turned out fairly restrained, with no clutter of extra detail: calm color combinations, pleasant textures and natural materials.
