A Dubai project by the culinary trio Pinsky-Istomin-Losev.
The team kept the Moscow concept: the menu features Italian dishes in a contemporary interpretation.
The restaurant's chefs drew inspiration from travels across the regions of Italy and focused on house-made pasta, wood-fired pizza and the daily catch. Try the crab polpetta with panzanella, a creamy risotto with eel, almond tortellini, and a mango tiramisu.
The interior is the work of Livingnow Studio, led by designer Evgenia Uzhegova (Moscow's Eva, Muse, Lila Pastry). The restaurant's architecture is built around a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors, with natural materials dominating the finishes: stone, wood and marble.
