Nobu

Nobu sits on the 22nd floor of the Atlantis The Palm hotel, so dinner comes with a beautiful panoramic view of the bay.

The restaurant's concept is adapted Japanese cuisine with South American motifs.

The menu is heavy on seafood: a tuna sashimi salad, tempura shrimp with a creamy spicy sauce, yellowtail with jalapeño.

The restaurant's chef, Nobu Matsuhisa, recommends trying at least three mains and not skipping the sushi or dessert, while the Michelin Guide team suggests ordering the signature black cod miso. Nobu's interior continues the hotel's luxurious style: uniquely shaped chandeliers, warm lighting, red leather sofas, a contact bar counter around the bar itself, and panoramic windows.
