The name “345” carries a numerological hint: the digits add up to 12 — exactly how many projects the holding company had at the time it opened.
Chef Vittorio Chirizzi is responsible for the taste and quality of the dishes, while the restrained interior is the work of the Saint Petersburg bureau Studio APAA and architect Alexey Penyuk.
