A large seafood restaurant with premium seafood, unusual cocktails and its own delicatessen shop, by Antonio Fresa. At the heart of the restaurant is a giant open kitchen, where the team bakes, fries, steams and cooks Kamchatka crab and yellowtail tuna, sea bass and barramundi, octopus and scallops. The wine list focuses on whites from Sicily and Friuli, and the bartender developed cocktails with a Mediterranean theme, built on fruit and spices.
For Sea, Signora's interior, designer Ksenia Smirnova blended high-tech with '70s style: biomorphic stingray-shaped chandeliers, a huge aquarium, brass, emerald marble.
She managed to fit 140 seats into the main room, plus another 25 in the Casa Della Signora lounge.
