Chef E. Makarov developed a menu where meat dishes take center stage. Since the ingredient is prepared in-house, guests can watch the process at the open kitchen. Grilled vegetables, fries and a range of sauces accompany the meat delicacies. The bar offers both classic and signature cocktails, along with a thoughtful wine list for any day. A special kids' menu with healthy, tasty dishes is available for younger guests.

The restaurant has an intimate loft atmosphere, housed in a fully restored 19th-century building. Expect a mix of brick walls, soft dim lighting with local accents, and cozy leather sofas. Plant and flower arrangements, meadow-grass wall panels, and various wooden decor elements round out the sense of connection with nature, inviting relaxation and easy conversation. The room also has an open kitchen with a special grill that burns camel-thorn wood for a distinctive flavor.
