Restaurant Sakhalin Dubai is a lavish gastronomic space located in the very heart of Dubai — already the fifth project from White Rabbit Family's Boris Zarkov and Vladimir Mukhin.

Sakhalin Dubai's menu offers a unique blend of seafood and contemporary culinary tradition.

The restaurant's interior is contemporary eclectic with Mediterranean touches. Inside, soft armchairs and sofas in neutral gray and beige are rounded out with bright geometric-patterned cushions, and chairs are upholstered in rich orange or cream. The tabletops are natural stone, dressed with snow-white tablecloths. Live plants are placed throughout the rooms. Arched windows fill the space with natural light and offer a sea view.

Here you can try fresh oysters, scallop carpaccio, tuna tartare and a crab salad with mango. Among the mains: the signature crab, black cod with miso, succulent lobster and a ribeye steak. For dessert, try the coconut pudding, a yuzu cheesecake, or a chocolate fondant. The wine list offers a wide selection of wines and Champagne.
