Orfali Bros Bistro was opened by three brothers: Mohamad, Wassim and Omar Orfali.
They emigrated to Dubai from Syria, and in 2021 opened a restaurant here built around original interpretations of Middle Eastern dishes.
Mohamad runs the kitchen, blending ingredients, methods and traditions from around the world to create his own take on Arab cuisine. Wassim and Omar are professional pastry chefs and handle the restaurant's baking, so the desserts here are a must-try.
Be ready for bold, unconventional flavor combinations — the team believes there are no rules in gastronomy. That approach took Orfali Bros Bistro to first place on the MENA's 50 Best Restaurants list in 2023, and later onto The World's 50 Best Restaurants list.
