The Guild is a tribute to the lively beer halls of New York and Europe.
The restaurant, by Australian chef Tom Arnel, aims for refined cuisine with a particular focus on seafood.
The menu features North Atlantic lobster, Kelly oysters and Kamchatka crab.
The interior was designed by the renowned London designer David Archer, who worked on the Chiltern Firehouse and The Standard Hotel. Inside are four rooms, each with an entirely different mood: Nurseries, inspired by Tribeca; Rockpool, with a stone pool and aquariums; Salon, with white tablecloths and crystal chandeliers; and Aviaries, where cocktails, music and timeless design come together.
