Zuma

This izakaya-style restaurant sits in the Dubai International Financial Centre, next to the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa.

The concept is authentic Japanese cuisine that steps away from the familiar classics.

The menu focuses on quality ingredients and bold flavors and combinations: seafood, sushi, rolls, soups, tempura. Among Zuma's signature dishes: miso-marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf, spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chili and sweet soy, Japanese-style roast with rice and mushrooms, and grilled Chilean sea bass with green chili and ginger sauce.

Every Saturday from 12:30pm, Zuma hosts the Baikingu brunch, serving sushi and robata dishes along with hot and cold plates. The restaurant spans two floors, with a warm color palette, dim lighting and soft shapes in the interior, while the panoramic windows offer a view of the city.
