Mina is a Dubai project by the celebrated American chef Michael Mina.
The cocktail list deserves attention too, offering interesting original creations, as do the desserts. The restaurant is located inside the Four Seasons hotel, and the interior is bold and upscale: plenty of green plants, lavish chandeliers and paintings on the walls, white tablecloths, pleasant dim lighting.
On Saturdays, from 1pm to 4pm, brunch is served here accompanied by live jazz. The restaurant is included in the Michelin Guide.
