L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon

L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Dubai is a branch of the world-famous restaurant chain founded by the legendary French chef Joël Robuchon. It's located in the DIFC district at Gate Village 11, Podium Level, Al Boursa Street.

The space is done in the brand's signature red-and-black color scheme, creating a warm, lavish atmosphere.

The restaurant's interior is elegant and contemporary. Inside is an open kitchen where guests can watch the cooking process, a large marble bar counter with tall stools, wooden tables and a marble floor.

The kitchen is led by brand chef Roberto Torre, who pays special attention to Robuchon's recipes. The menu features French dishes with original presentation. Among the starters: leek, carpaccio, salmon tartare, and foie gras terrine. Among the mains: porcini risotto, entrecôte nuggets, and beef tournedos. For dessert: a wide selection of ice cream.
