A contemporary Greek-Mediterranean restaurant by one of Dubai's largest restaurant groups, Bulldozer.
The concept centers on Greek-Mediterranean cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and home-style dishes.
It's led by celebrated Dubai chef Izu Ani, who worked on the launch of the LPM bar and developed the menu for Carine at the Emirates golf club. The menu features various mezes, popular Greek starters, fresh fish, grilled seafood and vegetables.
The cocktail list draws on the traditions of the ancient Greeks, their culture and their love of nature's bounty. The interior carries the atmosphere of a Greek tavern in light tones. Regular guests at Gaia include members of the UAE royal family — Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
