UILLIAM'S on Tsvetnoy Boulevard returns as a restaurant with history and a solid reputation. The project was relaunched by Anton Pinsky and William Lamberti. The space keeps its character: aged walls, vintage tables with floor-length tablecloths, and a ceiling mural nodding to classic European interiors.

A place built on a habit of quality, confidence in service, and Italian cuisine as the foundation of culinary comfort.

The menu is built around classic Italian cuisine, with no drive toward flashy reinterpretation: pastas, risotto, meat and fish dishes. The wine list emphasizes Italian labels.
