"" is a bar project by the team behind the Mexican bar Veladora, opened in Starosadsky Lane in the Kitay-Gorod area. The venue occupies a former car wash, which is reflected directly in the name and the concept. The project was conceived as a standalone city space with an emphasis on bar culture, street food, and the informal atmosphere typical of courtyards and industrial locations in central Moscow.

The interior is built around the space's preserved architecture. Brick walls, concrete surfaces, arched openings and rough textures shape an industrial character without decorative excess. The setting is understated: simple furniture, a functional bar area, dim lighting. In the evening the space fills with music and becomes a draw for meetups and bar-hopping, while keeping its intimacy and the feel of an enclosed city courtyard.

The concept centers on a bar list with an emphasis on Mexican drinks. "Car Wash by Veladora" offers tequila and mezcal, Mexican lager, wines by the glass and signature cocktails. The kitchen supports a bar-street-food format and draws on Latin American themes. The menu includes tacos with various fillings, quesadillas, burritos, fish tostadas, and hearty, simple dishes built to pair with drinks in an unhurried evening format.
