It's located on the 45th floor of the Grosvenor House hotel in Dubai.

Row on 45 is an exclusive fine-dining restaurant created by the celebrated British chef Jason Atherton.

The restaurant is done in a classic style with Art Deco touches, combining dark wood, velvet and metal accents. Inside is a bar area with a marble counter surrounded by deep-green bar stools with gold accents. Shelves filled with a collection of premium spirits are framed in brass, with glasses hanging above the bar. The main room is split into several zones: soft armchairs and sofas with velvet upholstery and contrasting cushions are gathered around low tables set with glasses and candles. A massive crystal chandelier hangs at the center of the ceiling, giving off diffused light. The walls are done in dark-wood paneling, decorative panels with abstract patterns, and paintings in gilded frames. The entrance area is styled like a classic study: bookshelves with decorative pieces, a leather armchair, and a vintage desk with a lamp on a carved stand.

The menu blends European cuisine with Japanese accents. Among the offerings: Hokkaido scallops, marbled wagyu beef, seasonal vegetables and seafood. Dinner begins with appetizers and Champagne in the Palm Champagne lounge, mains are served in the room with the open kitchen, and desserts and cheeses in the chef's library.
