Ogonyok

Restaurant "Ogonyok" is a contemporary steakhouse with an open kitchen, part of the White Rabbit Family gastronomic project.

The venue is located right in the center of the Rosa Khutor mountain resort, offering guests a unique blend of comfort and refined cuisine.

The restaurant's interior evokes a lavish hunting lodge: vintage armchairs, substantial dark wood, concrete elements and large floor-to-ceiling display windows offering a panoramic view of the mountain peaks.

The restaurant's menu is built around meat dishes. Among the appetizers: an olive-and-parmesan assortment, smashed cucumbers, eggplant carpaccio, bone marrow with brioche, burrata with strawberries and basil. Among the mains: beef-and-brisket burgers, and steaks — lamb tongue, brisket, rack of lamb, chateaubriand, filet mignon. For dessert, try the smetannik with cherry, medovik honey cake, matcha tiramisu, baked persimmon with caramel and ice cream, vanilla, chocolate or strawberry ice cream, and black-truffle chocolates. The bar list offers a wide range of classic and signature cocktails.
