A restaurant of Russian fish and seafood — a culinary project by the White Rabbit Family alliance.
Leading the menu is the Seafood Bar: several kinds of shrimp, both fresh and cooked over open fire, crab, oysters, tartares and carpaccio.
The seafood delicacies here are brought in not just from Russian regions but from every corner of the planet.
Besides the Seafood Bar, the menu features dishes based on Far Eastern and European recipes: the famous "Sakhalin" salad with Kamchatka crab, avocado, tomatoes and rouille sauce; pan-seared scallop with Mornay sauce; a cream soup of young corn with Sakhalin shrimp; risotto with smoked eel. The wine list features labels from wine regions around the world.
