The flagship restaurant at the Rosa Khutor resort, by the White Rabbit Family team.

The restaurant's concept is closely tied to its location: the local nature, the changing seasons, and tradition.

Red Fox's kitchen is led by chef Timofey Kuznetsov, and the menu features the chef's original recipes made with local seasonal ingredients. The starters include duck pâté with house-made jam and hazelnut, Black Sea rapana whelks with tomatoes in cream sauce, and seared foie gras with black currant and narsharab sauce on brioche.

The mains include fried Black Sea garfish with tartar sauce, duck fillet seared over coals with spinach and blood orange, and an oven-roasted Black Sea turbot steak. The restaurant's interior turned out vibrant: plenty of warm tones and detail, oversized bar stools, unusual chandeliers, and a fireplace rounding out the atmosphere.
