Ikra Polyana

Ikra is a culinary project by the White Rabbit Family alliance, led by restaurateur Boris Zarkov and chef Vladimir Mukhin, presented as a unique gastro-theater. This isn't just a restaurant — it's a journey through time, where guests immerse themselves in the culture and traditions of ancient peoples, learn historical facts, and become part of a captivating story.

The project's menu was built on research into local culinary traditions, carried out together with ethnographers, farmers and keepers of ancient legends.

The concept is built around the chef's-table format: guests don't just enjoy the dishes, they watch them being created, discovering kitchen secrets normally hidden from view. This approach turns dinner into an interactive, unforgettable performance.
