Tekhnikum's concept is simple, everyday food that's never boring.
Tekhnikum in Sochi is an ideal spot for breakfast before your first run up the mountain, lunch after a few descents, or ending the day with cocktails. The kitchen is led by brand chef Vladimir Mukhin.
The starters include beef tartare with foie gras, honey bread and mustard mayo; cauliflower with cashew and sesame sauce; grilled avocado with shrimp and tomatoes. The mains feature a crab cake with zucchini, parmesan and Thai sauce; a grilled trout steak with teriyaki sauce; pork ribs with barbecue sauce.
