Yula Pizza

Another project by Salut&Co, this one focused on Neapolitan pizza. It's baked here the traditional way: in a wood-fired oven at extremely high heat.

The main draw is a special dough made from flour milled at Neapolitan mills.

The ingredients include products from local Nizhny Novgorod makers as well as items shipped in specially from Italy.

There's a wide range of toppings, including some genuinely unusual ones — Far Eastern scallop on a creamy spinach base, oyster mushrooms, and even raspberry with mascarpone. The pizzeria's interior is done in light tones, rounded out with warm wood and fresh flowers on the tables. In summer, a cozy terrace opens, so you can sit outside.
