Ante

The joint project by Mikhail Sokolov and Timur Dmitriev of Italy & Co. and Dmitry Blinov of Duoband has already been called the collaboration of 2021. Serving as both brand chef and chef, Blinov stays true to form: he dreams up and delivers dishes that are hard to forget. The cuisine is predominantly Mediterranean, rich in fish and seafood.

Ante's atmosphere is well suited to dates and dramatic dinners.

Designer Ksenia Smirnova drew inspiration from Martin Scorsese's "Casino": the room is done in deep ruby tones, lacquered wood, marble, drapery, and a coral pattern on the floor, the project's symbol. Every martini-, vodka- and gin-based cocktail is served with a gold playing card.
