"Chirem" is a contemporary restaurant located within the Kazan Kremlin. The name translates from Tatar as "", symbolizing renewal and freshness in the approach to traditional cuisine.

The interior blends restraint, natural motifs and historic character. White vaulted walls are decorated with reliefs of meadow grasses, giving a sense of lightness and a connection to nature. The space is done in warm, natural tones — soft beige, light wood, deep green. The furniture is solid oak, and the textiles are natural linen and cotton. Simple but elegant forms underscore the harmony with the minimalist concept. There's nothing extra in the room, but every detail has purpose: the shelves hold rare herbs and teas, and books on the gastronomy and culture of Tatarstan. The lighting is dim and warm, with fixtures evoking old-fashioned lanterns that diffuse a soft glow. Accents of live greenery round out the atmosphere, making the space cozy and fresh.

The menu reinterprets Tatar cuisine, blending tradition with contemporary technique. Appetizers include cured horsemeat, duck, and house-made pickles. Hot dishes include steaks, azu, and charcoal-cooked meat. Pastries are baked in a wood-fired oven. The tea list offers rare varieties and herbal blends.
