Restaurant Branch is an original venue in the center of Kazan, located on Dzerzhinskogo Street.

The restaurant's interior blends elegance with a contemporary feel.

The design's main focus is on natural textures: the walls are finished in light-colored stone, and the furniture and floors are done in deep-toned wood. At the center of the room is a wine cellar holding hundreds of bottles, creating the effect of a stylish art object. The marble-clad open kitchen lets guests watch the cooking process, and a six-seat Chef's Table makes the dining experience even more exclusive. The panoramic windows fill the space with natural light and offer a view of Black Lake Park.

Branch's menu is built on a mix of local ingredients and unconventional flavor choices. Among the cold appetizers: watermelon with anchovy and a tequila sauce, and beef tartare with hazelnut and tuna purée. Among the mains: eel on brioche with a poached egg and unagi sauce, and beef cheeks with potato cream and truffle. The wine list runs to 250 labels, and the bar menu offers signature cocktails, such as the Gin Basil Smash and the Bellini.
