Restaurant Zuka is a contemporary venue in Kazan on Nikolaya Stolbova Street, near Kirov Garden.

The restaurant's interior is inspired by traditional Japanese izakaya bars, blending minimalism with refined natural materials.

Wood, stone and marble dominate the decor, creating an atmosphere of coziness and natural harmony. At the center of the room is a long wooden table. The open kitchen lets guests watch the cooking process, adding energy and drawing them into the culinary journey. The lighting in the restaurant is dim, with accent fixtures highlighting the texture of the materials. Decorative panels with Eastern motifs, ceramic vases and understated Japanese touches round out the atmosphere, making the space stylish but not overdone. Live plants and tall vases with dried branches complete the venue, underscoring the natural design concept. Soft sofas by the panoramic windows offer a view of the city.

The restaurant's menu offers pan-Asian dishes, including sashimi, hand rolls, sushi and oshizushi. Among the mains: noodles with vegetables and crispy katsu chicken, with a tomato-and-pepper-based sauce, and tteokbokki with vegetables and beef tenderloin, served with a spicy gochujang pepper sauce. The bar list includes four kinds of sake, plus signature cocktails built on gin, vodka and tequila.
