Anna Bistrot is a project by the Fine Group restaurant group, located in the center of Kazan on Mayakovskogo Street.
The interior is thought through down to the smallest detail, conveying the atmosphere of a cozy European venue with a light touch of travel romance.
The design is by studio Krivtsova&Redina, built on a blend of classic and contemporary elements. Warm pastel tones dominate the space, and the walls carry original murals depicting views of Kazan and scenes evoking the spirit of travel. Wooden tables and softly upholstered chairs are paired with vintage details, elegant sconces, carved frames and metal stands. The panoramic windows fill the room with natural light and offer a city view.
The menu draws inspiration from travel and world culinary tradition. Brand chef Artem Laptev, known for the projects Chirem, Gina and L'elephant, has built a varied menu blending flavors from cuisines around the world. It includes appetizers, hot dishes and desserts reflecting the venue's concept. The wine list runs to around 50 labels, and the bar list offers both classic and signature cocktails.
