Early Bird

"Early Bird" is a cozy coffee shop located in the center of Kazan on Astronomicheskaya Street. It's the second venue from Alyona and Dmitry Lefler, pioneers of the city's coffee scene.

Special attention is paid to detail: stylish tableware, carefully chosen decor and understated furniture give the interior a coherent, harmonious feel.

The interior design is contemporary minimalist, with an emphasis on natural materials and a warm color palette. The space is done in light tones, dominated by white, beige and wood shades. The interior uses wood, stone and metal, striking a balance between homey comfort and contemporary urban style. Live plants placed throughout the room round out the space. Inside are classic tables with comfortable chairs and soft sofas. The large panoramic windows fill the space with natural light and offer a picturesque city view.

The menu is focused on breakfast, light lunches and original coffee. Breakfast is served here until 14:00 on weekdays and until 16:00 on weekends. On the menu: Turkish-style eggs, a shrimp scramble, bagels with various fillings, bowls, and dishes with seasonal ingredients. The coffee menu includes classic drinks, alternative brewing methods and original interpretations. There are also house-made lemonades, matcha, tea and desserts.
