Ryabchik

"Ryabchik" is a gastronomic project by stylist Egor Ryabchik, located on Chistoprudny Boulevard.

A cozy space with a countryside-chic atmosphere.

The interior is contemporary, dominated by warm tones. The ceiling and walls are draped in light cream and beige fabric. Wooden beams, used as structural elements, add a note of natural warmth to the room. Inside is soft, diffused lighting from small fixtures and wall lighting. The tables are covered with light tablecloths, and the chairs are dressed in fabric covers. The centerpiece is a ceiling installation of layered fabric cascading down.

The menu features Russian dishes in an original interpretation. Among the appetizers: vinaigrette salad, Olivier salad with crayfish tails, and an open sandwich with red caviar. Among the mains: makarony po-flotski (navy-style pasta), potatoes with herring, and pelmeni with pike-perch and veal.
