Tottori is a Japanese restaurant created by A.
Repik, offering authentic Japanese cuisine, a pleasant atmosphere and unique sake varieties.
The restaurant's interior is done in a simple Japanese style that conveys the spirit of the street and of home comfort. Light wood dominates the finishes, creating a sense of warmth and comfort. The furniture is comfortable, and artificial lighting keeps the space bright. The walls are decorated with paintings and vintage posters reflecting the early-to-mid 20th century. The restaurant has two rooms divided by arches, and a bar area with tall wooden stools. Private rooms are also available for larger groups. In Japanese ramen shops, the menu is traditionally presented on wooden boards, and Tottori's menu is done in that same style by the well-known calligraphy master K. Ishizima.
The restaurant's menu is compact and entirely devoted to Japanese cuisine, with particular attention to ramen, wagyu and gyoza. There are various ramen variations on offer: with signature pork, with a peanut base, with kombu seaweed and delicate wagyu. Appetizers include edamame with citrus or spicy green salt, as well as yakitori made with chicken, salmon or shrimp. The drink selection is varied: there are different kinds of sake, including exclusive options that are constantly refreshed. For an aperitif, cocktails based on Japanese spirits and a unique pear wine are offered.
