Manager Nazar Kolomiets, chef Maria Dementieva and sommelier Andrei Ermishkin opened a contemporary European restaurant on the Petrogradskaya side.
The wine list features boutique wineries, organic and biodynamic wines.
The menu is comfort-food style: Italian specialties, Japanese oysters, meat.
Wood contrasts with the exposed ceiling and concrete floor, and panoramic windows fill the open kitchen and dining room with light. Vintage pieces were sourced in partnership with Correct Form Gallery, a 20th-century design gallery: a cone-shaped Murano-glass chandelier, restored Italian chairs, a ruby-colored sofa.
