Bluefin Sushi Oysters is a stylish original-cuisine restaurant in Moscow City. The interior is designed in the spirit of Hong Kong Art Deco: green plants, natural-material finishes and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. In summer there's a terrace, and the two rooms hold up to 50 guests.
A Nikkei-style menu — Peruvian and Japanese cuisine on one plate: sushi with Peruvian sauce, oysters, octopus with sweet-potato cream and smoked oil.
Many dishes are created by brand chef N. Kim. There are more than 15 kinds of signature rolls, sushi and sashimi, and fresh seafood platters. The bar offers more than 50 wine labels from Italy, France and Germany, 7 kinds of premium sake, vermouths and signature cocktails.
