Fonoteca Listening Bar is a project created by P. Nedostoev in collaboration with the Ess-Thetic team. You'll find it one floor below the restaurant Flaner, which serves Tel Aviv-style cuisine.
Klimenko offers ten original cocktails inspired by famous albums and major figures of the music world.
The bar's interior was designed by the Israeli designer and architect A. Granot. The furniture was brought in from the Netherlands, and many of the art objects and paintings were brought by Pavel himself from his own collection. The room is divided into several distinct zones, the barroom area and the area with music equipment chief among them. The overall space is styled with careful lighting-based zoning, creating the atmosphere of an American jazz bar of the 1920s with eclectic accents. On the wall behind the bartenders is an impressive collection of vinyl records and music equipment.
Bar manager E. On top of that, any classic cocktail can be made here with excellent spirits. The coffee is worth attention too, brewed using an alternative Chemex pour-over method with specially selected beans. A variety of Tel Aviv-style snacks and small bites are available alongside the drinks. The menu offers dishes ranging from smoked trout tartare with mustard sauce to roast beef with sweet and hot peppers.
