Dishes here are made to classic recipes, but with a contemporary touch. The restaurant's key advantage is its own smokehouse, which brings pastrami and home-smoked farm poultry to the menu. The starters include muksun whitefish with smashed cucumbers, a shrimp-and-red-caviar rillette with cream mousse and capers, and shrimp with pommes mousseline and bisque sauce.

The menu also includes meat dishes, soups, salads, fish and even burgers. The interior carries the atmosphere of a mountain restaurant: plenty of stone, dark tones, dim lighting. In warm weather, a terrace opens here, often hosting parties and music events.
