The kitchen is led by chef Ruslan Zakirov; among the starters are chicken pâté with apricot purée and brioche, and beef tartare with olives, while the mains include lamb with new potatoes, duck leg confit, and a four-cheese lasagna with truffle. Salmon, pastrami and ham are made in the house smokehouse, and you needn't worry about the pastries' freshness either — bread and croissants are baked daily using traditional European recipes.

On weekends, after 11pm, Kuznya turns into a club with dancing and music courtesy of Saint Petersburg musician and DJ Kirill Sergeev. In summer you can settle on one of the terraces, and in winter drop by for hot mulled wine after ice skating.
