Bait Maryam

The venue's name translates as "House of Maryam" and honors the mother of chef and owner Salma Dakkak.

The restaurant's interior evokes a cozy country home, with Provençal and Mediterranean touches. The space is filled with light pastel tones, dominated by white, blue and beige. Distressed wooden furniture gives it a vintage charm, and open shelving with ceramics, books and decorative pieces adds homey comfort. The lighting is carefully planned — pendant lamps with warm light and large turquoise shades that blend naturally into the interior. Large windows fill the room with natural light and offer city views.

The menu features Levantine dishes made to family recipes. Among the appetizers: fattoush, hummus, moutabal, moussaka and falafel. Among the mains: a wide selection of grilled meat dishes.
