Restaurateur Anton Pinsky presents his new project — Le Pigeon, a modern French restaurant opened in partnership with the talented chef duo Anton Kovalkov and Georgy Troyan. Le Pigeon is the first joint project of the two chefs, friends and colleagues who had long dreamed of working together: Georgy Troyan handles the French classics in the kitchen, while Anton Kovalkov takes on the twists and reinterpretations of traditional dishes.

The two chefs describe their menu concept as la cuisine romantique.

The new spot combines the formats of a classic French restaurant and a fashionable, at times even mischievous bistro in its culinary discoveries, showing Moscow the current trends of Parisian gastronomy. Chief among them is an openness to the influences of the many cultures found in France's multi-ethnic capital, which today shape striking new interpretations of classic recipes.
