The ninth Remy Kitchen Bakery has opened in the building of the future "Collection" museum and exhibition center in ZILART — a structure with rolled-copper façades that change color and texture over time.
The design is by Alexey Penyuk (Studio APAA): contemporary minimalism with Scandinavian touches, high ceilings, panoramic windows, and an open kitchen with a stainless-steel splashback.
Furniture and light fixtures by Fritz Hansen, Charlotte Perriand, Zanotta and Viabizzuno — every detail thought through down to the smallest point.
The menu stays true to Remy Kitchen Bakery's tradition. Chef Ruslan Polyakov handles the main menu, head baker Anna Malikova the bread and pastries, pastry chef Ilya Zamogilin-Sudzilovsky the desserts, and Vitaly Skripchinsky creates the cocktails.
