Pyatkin's concept is classic Russian cuisine: slow-cooked buzhenina with seasonings, a salad with veal tongue in a crêpe basket, meat-stuffed cabbage rolls in tomato sauce. There's also a dedicated caviar section: pike, salmon and yastychnaya caviar.

A culinary project by the PIR team on Nizhny Novgorod's main tourist street.

The bar menu, besides wine, offers traditional spirits like cranberry infusion and khrenovukha. Pyatkin's atmosphere feels like a trip to another century — there's none of the usual restaurant pomp here, live music often plays, and time itself seems to slow down.
