Inki is a contemporary restaurant located in the very heart of St. Petersburg, on Konnogvardeisky Boulevard.

The bar list offers a wide range of signature cocktails, lemonades and wines.

The restaurant's interior is done in an exotic style with pronounced elements of ancient civilizations. The focal point is substantial columns decorated with Aztec- or Maya-style reliefs, ornaments and symbols. Inside are chairs and armchairs upholstered in soft fabric, wooden tabletops, and, at the back of the room, a bar counter with warm lighting and a glass display case. The walls carry murals continuing the ancient-culture theme. Live plants are placed throughout the rooms.

The menu was developed by chef Valery Gorinov and features traditional Peruvian dishes adapted to European tastes: a variety of ceviches, tartares, tacos, huane chicken in banana leaf, and parrotfish with aji amarillo sauce. The dessert list is handled by pastry chef Andrei Baglaev.
