Moonrise

Moonrise is a contemporary restaurant located on the rooftop of the Eden House residential complex in Al Satwa.

The design harmoniously blends natural materials, soft lighting and thoughtful zoning.

The restaurant's interior is contemporary minimalist. At the center is a large warm-wood bar counter lined with black leather chairs. Above the counter are designer pendant lights with multi-tier shades, creating soft, diffused light. The large panoramic windows offer picturesque views of the city.

The kitchen is led by chef Soleiman Haddad. The menu blends Middle Eastern and Japanese culinary traditions. Among the dishes: lobster-and-jalapeño ravioli, a Parmigiano-Reggiano emulsion with 36-month-aged black pepper, and foie gras puri. For dessert: a white-chocolate cheesecake, aged Shizuoka musk melon, sweet labneh, and cider with a honey glaze.
