Marta’s Deli

Marta's Deli is a two-floor family restaurant located on Novaya Street, in the Skolkovo area.

The menu blends traditional Israeli and Jewish dishes with contemporary presentation.

The interior evokes cozy 1970s American bistros, with an emphasis on simplicity, light and homey comfort. At the center is a long counter faced in white tile with crisp geometry, with the open kitchen behind it, letting guests watch the cooking process. The large room is zoned with comfortable pastel-toned upholstered banquettes and light wooden chairs. Shared light-colored tables pair with warm wood tones on the walls and shelves. The shelves hold books, decor pieces and green plants. Large frosted globe fixtures hang over the tables, giving off soft, diffused light. The large panoramic windows fill the space with natural light, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The menu is built around hummus, falafel, shakshuka, forshmak, and sandwiches with roast beef, turkey or pâté, plus a range of house-made pastries: bagels, knafeh, chocolate babka.
